The 14th International Workshop on Acoustic Signal Enhancement (IWAENC) is being held 8th – 11th September 2014 in Antibes – Juan les Pins, France.
Since the first edition in 1995, IWANEC has evolved to become a major international scientific event in acoustic signal enhancement. The conference features world-class speakers, oral and poster sessions, keynote talks, exhibitions and demonstrations and will gather together leading researchers and industry figures.
The workshop will focus on theory and algorithms for digital enhancement of acoustic signals as well as on signal processing applications in, e.g., digital cell phones, audio-visual conferencing systems, voice control systems, and hearing aids.
The 2014 edition of IWAENC is being hosted by EURECOM.

Venue
IWAENC 2014 is being held in the newly rennovated Palais de Congrès in Antibes Juan-les-Pins, a wonderful historical city with a wealth of cultural heritage going back centuries, located at the heart of the French Riviera between Nice and Cannes. Created by the Greeks and extended by the Romans, a prestigious stronghold of the Kingdom of France, Antibes Juan-les-Pins offers the charm of its tiny streets, its ramparts overlooking the Mediterranean sea, its Provencal market, its Grimaldi Castle - Picasso museum, the Port Vauban with its Camille Rayon quay famously known as the Billionaires’ Wharf, and the flowery “Safranier” district.
Accommodation
An allotment of hotel rooms within the vicinity of the main venue are reserved for IWAENC participants. All hotels are within easy reach of the venue and negociated rates are available until 18th July. The number of rooms available is strictly limited and all rooms will be allocated on a first-come first-served basis.
