All papers accepted for inclusion in the technical programme must be presented by one of the authors or a qualified substitute. At least one author must register at a non-student rate (i.e., full registration) before July 18th, 2014. One full registration can cover a maximum of two papers. Delegates are kindly requested to inform the organisers by email of any paper(s) covered by your registration - info [at] iwaenc2014 [dot] org. Papers which do not meet the requirements will be withdrawn from the programme and the proceedings.

Full and student registrations include a delegate kit, a USB copy of the proceedings, a technical programme guide, a conference bag, gift, coffee breaks, and full access to the technical programme. Reservations made before 3rd September also include full access to the social programme, including the welcome reception, the visit to the island and Abbaye de Lérins and the banquet.
* Discounted student registration fees are applicable only to full-time students. Students must send proof of their student status (student ID or certificate) , certified by the signature of a supervisor, by e-mail to info [at] iwaenc2014 [dot] org.
** Accompanying person registrations include access only to the social programme, including the welcome reception, the visit to the island and Abbaye de Lérins and the banquet.
*** For organisational reasons and capacity limitations, registrations made after 3rd September are not guaranteed to include access to the social programme, nor lunch.
Letters of invitation
Upon request the conference secretariat will issue a letter of invitation for visa application purposes to those with completed registrations. Visa and invitation letter requests can be made automatically using the request form.
Two methods of payment are accepted - credit card and bank transfer. Payment by credit card is recommended. We accept Visa and Mastercard. The online payment system uses secure encryption to protect your credit card and personal details. Delegates wishing to pay by bank transfer are requested to contact the workshop secretariat in order to arrange their payment. Proof of payment will need to be sent to the workshop secretariat by fax or email and all banking fees must be paid by the delegate. Valid registrations will be confirmed by email.

All registrations are non-refundable. Registered delegates who are unable to attend the conference may however transfer their registration to another participant by info [at] iwaenc2014 [dot] org (notifying the conference secretariat) before August 22nd at the latest.
